Cooper and I even participated using the video below!



And, I had the absolute best night of sleep.  I will share more about this later, but my pillow needed a serious upgrade. I'm a side sleeper and had created a quite the dent in my unsupportive pillow leading to tossing & turning and lovely neck cramps in the morning.

Cooper can sleep just about any way.

  1. What a cutie Cooper is! I'm mostly a tummy sleeper, but sometimes a side sleeper. I just got a new pillow and it is a life changer, it's an iComfort scrunch pillow and I just love.

    Also can't wait to see what kind of pillow you got! I am a side sleeper too and my shoulder seems to get sore sometimes!

I used to always sleep on my side. now i seem to best fall asleep on my back!?! its weird. i am so jealous of pups that can sleep any which way! haha. i actually have had to sleep on my side again as of late because if i roll over toward my pups...the new one licks me to death no matter what time it is! ;)

  5. That pic of cooper is too cute! My chihuahua sleeps the exact same way I just took a picture of him last night like that haha.

    I usually sleep on my tummy or right side. I can't fall asleep unless I'm on my right side tho, weird I know.

  6. HEY YOU!! LOVE the video, you should do more and more of them:) I am definitely a stomach sleeper. I am so glad you had such an amazing sleep! Favorite stretch...anything that doesn't make me feel like I am not flexible.

  9. oh, I LOVE pigeon pose! I do it all the time to help keep my hips nice and loose... it always feels so wonderful. last time I was stretching at the gym after a run, I wanted to just stay in pigeon all day and not move lol

  12. My hips are always tight, so I like to sit on the sofa, cross one leg over the over, and pull towards me. Hard to explain, but one of the only exercises that I've found that helps with the hip tightness.

    I sleep on my right side, in particular my left side. But I am noticing that I'm having some aches in my side if I lay there too long....this side is weaker, according to my PT...which is also the side of my PF. Coincidence? Nope, not according to PT-man. Weird that it never bothered me before until I was told that was my weaker side. ha.
