As a CSCS and current fitness instructor, I like sharing workouts I use on a weekly basis.  Listed below, you will find routines that can be completed at home or in the gym.

HIIT run: 800m repeats + Thrusters

Treadmill Workout: Intervals (4 miles)

Treadmill Workout: Intervals (5 miles)

Treadmill Workout: 1 minute intervals 

Treadmill Workout: Speed Ladder (6.5 miles)

Tabata Hill Sprints
