treadmill workouts below that focus on integrating speed and interval work within your miles.
RUNNING
Simple Speed Work
HIIT run: 800m repeats + Thrusters
Treadmill Workout: Intervals (4 miles)
Treadmill Workout: Intervals (5 miles)
Treadmill Workout: 1 minute intervals
Treadmill Workout: Speed Ladder (6.5 miles)
Tabata Hill Sprints
